What we collect

We only collect personal data you choose to give us:

• Contact form — your name, email address, organisation, role, area of interest and the content of your message.
• Mailing list — your email address.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party profiling on this site. We do not track your browsing.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and correspond with you about it.
• To send occasional updates about Genotone, where you have joined the mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our lawful bases are your consent (mailing list) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-relay service, acting as a processor solely to transmit your message to us. Email is handled by our email provider. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to processing.
