Privacy Policy

Genotone is built to hold as little personal data as possible. This policy explains the limited information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

Last updated: 19 July 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Genotone Ltd (“Genotone”, “we”, “us”), the data controller for personal data collected here. You can reach us at [email protected].

Company registration number and registered office address are to be confirmed and will be published here before launch.

What we collect

We only collect personal data you choose to give us:

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party profiling on this site. We do not track your browsing.

How we use it

Our lawful bases are your consent (mailing list) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-relay service, acting as a processor solely to transmit your message to us. Email is handled by our email provider. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent or object to processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We may update this policy as Genotone develops. The current version always lives at this address, with the date shown above.
